Mark is a Director of Cornerstone Property Surveying, with extensive experience in residential surveying, property valuation and building restoration.

Alongside his surveying career, Mark has spent many years running a specialist building restoration company, working on everything from period and historic buildings to modern homes. This hands-on experience has given him a strong practical understanding of construction methods, building materials, previous alterations and the defects that can develop over time.

By combining this practical knowledge with his professional surveying and valuation experience, Mark takes a thorough and considered approach to every inspection. He has a particular interest in period and historic properties, while his experience extends across buildings of all ages and construction types.
